Asian Cookery Course


Eating healthy nutritious food is good for our mind and good for our wellbeing.  Yet, often at the early stages of being diagnosed with dementia all we want to do is eat ready meals and takeaways.  This Asian Cookery Course has been put together by myself, Mike Cheung, who is living with dementia and knows all too well at the early stages of dementia everything looks bleak. 

This course provides you with 24 different recipes, so there is something there for everyone.  Each recipe takes about 15 minutes to prepare and 20 minutes to cook.  I have written the recipes in an easy to follow way so that it is easy to follow, even for those who have never cooked before!

If you have a family member, friend or supporter who you can cook with you, this will make it even more easy and fun.  

The course is available FREE from the Deepness Dementia Wellbeing College.  With each recipe presented in a pdf document for printing out, videos to follow and audio descriptions of each recipe.
