Qigong (pronounced ‘Chi Gong’) is a useful way of turning inwardly and becoming aware of the breath and the body. At this time of lockdown, we are in our own heads a lot and looking at screens more often, along with doing less movement. Qigong helps you get back in touch with your body through movement and leaves you with a sense of wellbeing.
The first part of the education course introduces you to some theory – namely, the concept of grounding. There is then a 30-minute practical video, which allows you to join in and start doing Qigong right away.
To access this course, you will need to self enrol on the course. This is really easy, just follow the instructions and provide your name, email address and a password.
